Your inbox, in your pocket.
Answer a customer from the platform, assign a ticket from the taxi, and know about a high-intent visitor while they are still on the page. The same inbox, sized for a phone.

Coming to the App Store and Google Play. Until they are listed, the Chatdrill web app works in any mobile browser — and tell us if you would like an early build.
Not a cut-down version of the real thing.
Most mobile support apps let you read and reply, and stop there. This one carries the whole workspace: assignment, tags, priorities, tickets, profiles, notes and the live visitor list.
- Every channel in one queue — website, WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and email.
- The same filters and views you saved on the desktop, already there when you sign in.
- Full customer context — orders, tags, notes and previous conversations on the same record.
- Collision detection travels too, so you do not answer something a colleague at a desk is already handling.

Marco left an internal note on the refund for order #10428 and asked for your call.
Told about the things that actually need you.
A notification for every message in the workspace is a notification you will turn off within a week. Chatdrill sends the four that matter, and lets you switch off the rest per device.
- Assignments and mentions — the work that is yours, and the questions aimed at you.
- SLA warnings before the breach, not a report about it the following morning.
- Visitor alerts when somebody matching your rules lands on a page that matters.
- Reply from the notification without opening the app, when a sentence is all it needs.
Reply, assign and tag from a platform at 7am.
The point of a mobile app is not to move your whole job onto a phone. It is to stop one urgent conversation waiting four hours because nobody was at a desk.
Reply with everything you would have on the desktop
Canned replies, the knowledge base, internal notes, attachments and the customer profile — the same conversation, on a smaller screen.
Assign and reassign
Hand a conversation to a teammate or a team, with a note explaining why, without opening a laptop.
Tag, prioritise and resolve
Set priority, add tags, convert to a ticket or close it out. The queue looks the same when your team gets back to it.
See live visitors
The live visitor list and lead scores travel with you, so a high-intent visitor is not something you read about tomorrow.

Bad signal, shared screens and the late shift.
Support work on a phone happens in the worst possible conditions. The app is designed for those, not for a demo on office wi-fi.
Offline queue
Write the reply on the underground. It sits in the queue, sends itself the moment you have signal, and tells you clearly which messages are still pending.
Biometric lock
Require Face ID, Touch ID or the device fingerprint reader before the inbox opens. Customer conversations should not be one glance away on an unlocked phone.
Dark mode
Follows the system setting, or can be pinned to light or dark. Built for the same evening shift that made you want it.
Quiet hours
Notifications respect your working hours and your assignment rules, so being off shift means being off shift.
Multiple workspaces
Switch between workspaces without signing out — useful for agencies handling several clients from one device.
Sign out a lost device
Revoke a single device from your account settings, without disrupting anyone else on the team.
Everything that comes with you.
Questions about the mobile apps.
No. You sign in with the same account you use on the web, and a seat is a seat whichever device it is used on. There is nothing separate to buy and nothing separate to configure.
Only if you ask to be. By default you are notified about conversations assigned to you, mentions, and anything in the teams you belong to. Everything else is configurable per device, and quiet hours apply to all of it.
The message is queued on the device and marked as pending. When the connection returns it sends automatically and the pending marker disappears. If sending fails, you get a clear error rather than a message that quietly never arrived.
Recent versions of iOS and Android, on phones and tablets. The interface adapts to a tablet's extra width by showing the conversation list and the thread side by side.
Yes. Add several workspaces to the same device and switch between them from the account menu. Notifications tell you which workspace they came from, which matters if you support more than one brand.
The iOS and Android apps are in final testing and will be listed on the App Store and Google Play. Until then, the Chatdrill web app works in a mobile browser, and you can ask us to add you to the test build from the contact page.
Keep the queue moving when nobody is at a desk.
Start on the web today, and take the same inbox with you when the apps land.
