You confirm your email, your workspace is created, and you land on a setup checklist: install the widget, set your working hours, and connect your content so the AI agent has something to answer from. Most teams have the widget live on their site in under ten minutes.
No. The widget is one line of JavaScript, and on the common platforms it is a plugin or a settings field. Everything else — appearance, greetings, routing, automation — is configured visually. The API exists for teams who want more, but nothing here requires it.
It does not. It is not a trial with a countdown; it is a plan with limits — one seat, 100 conversations and 50 AI conversations a month. If you stay inside those, you can stay on it indefinitely. We will prompt you to upgrade when you exceed them, and we will not block conversations to force the point.
Change it whenever you like from Settings → Billing. Upgrades are prorated to the day and take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. The plan you choose here is only a starting point — nothing is charged until you add a card.
