See it running on your website.
A live walkthrough with someone who builds Chatdrill. We use your site, your questions and your content — and if the answer is that you do not need us yet, we will say so.
What the 30 minutes covers
Your setup, not a slide deck
We open your website first and talk about the questions your customers actually send. If that takes the whole call, fine.
The AI agent on your content
We point it at your site or help centre live on the call so you can see the quality of the answers on your own material, not a demo dataset.
The inbox and the handover
How conversations arrive from the widget, WhatsApp, Instagram and email, how routing works, and what happens when AI hands to a person.
One automation you would actually use
We build a trigger and a routing rule together, so you leave with something concrete rather than a feature tour.
Honest pricing and limits
What your volume would cost, where the plan boundaries sit, and whether the free plan is genuinely enough for now.
Security and data questions
Encryption, GDPR, the DPA, sub-processors — including where we are not certified yet. Bring the questionnaire.
Who joins the call
Someone from product or engineering, and — if you ask a question they cannot answer — whoever wrote that part of the system. Chatdrill is early-stage and small, so there is no handover from a sales rep to a solutions engineer to an implementation team. The person on the call can change the product.
Book your demo
We reply within one business day with times that fit your timezone.
Would rather not sit through a call?
Completely reasonable. The free plan needs no card and no conversation with us — install the widget and judge the product yourself.
Start free insteadThe visitor side and the team side.
On the call we start where your customer starts: the widget on your own site, with the visitor context your team would see next to it.
- The widget as your visitors see it — your colours, your greeting, on your pages.
- The context behind it — pages read, source, return visits and intent score.
- The handover moment — AI answering, then a person stepping in mid-conversation.
